At TBS Bike Parts, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific bike parts you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and small components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to TBS

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the parts are in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
